FAQ

Do you Accept Insurance:

I am in-network with Aetna and Cigna insurance. I am in the process of getting credentialed with other insurances so please stay tuned. I also accept out of network benefits and can provide a suberbill for clients to submit to their insurance. I also accept self-pay.

Please Note, all uninsured clients and self pay clients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate.

*Please note I do not write Emotional Support Animal Letters.
**I also do not provide letters for court.

If using your, out-of-network "OON" benefits for re-imbursement, most insurance companies will have you upload your monthly superbill online and then will mail you a check with your reimbursement.  It's always a good idea to check with your insurance by calling Member services on the back of your card.

Payment:

Paying for sessions - You can securely pay you sessions by providing credit card, FSA, or HSA via your client portal.

What to expect on your first session:

Before the first session, we'll have had a short chat on the phone or via video, so I'll already have an idea of what you hope to work on.  When we schedule the initial session, I'll send you digital documents to sign, including my informed consent, privacy policy, telehealth policy, intake questionnaire, and credit card authorization form.

The intake questionnaire will help me gain a little more insight into your history and goals.  This way, we don't spend our first session with me asking a lot of random yet important questions.

My goal in the first session is to get to know each other and discuss your goals for therapy. I may ask you some clarifying questions about whats going on in your life right now and use that to plan and discuss what therapy might look like.  You'll have the space to ask questions.  And then we'll dive right in.
