For those of you who are looking for the therapy jargon, my approach is rooted in ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and often incorporates mindfulness based practices, somatic and exposure interventions and attachment based methods in session. For those who are interested, I incorporate faith-based discussions and interventions as well.
You were not made to do this thing called life alone. Friends and Family are a great support system but doesn't cut it when it comes down to the knitty gritty things. Lets normalize this thing called asking for help!
