Frustrated that loose ends keep you from feeling your best. You're not nice to yourself when you make mistakes.
You've been called a people pleaser before and don't disagree.
You often want to say more or stand up for yourself, but hold back.
You worry about EVERYTHING!
You'd like to put yourself higher on your priority list, but it just seems impossible.
No matter what you do or how many cups of coffee you drink, you still feel tired, sluggish and just burned out.
Feeling tired but wired, waking up at 2-3am and can't go back to sleep.
I'm real, down to earth, approachable and use humor. I don't think therapy should be stale, cold or sterile. You'll see that I practice with nonjudgement and transformation in mind. I may have gone through lengthy and specific trainings/education to be in the role I am in but that doesn't make me any better than you or the "expert" of your life. You're the expert of your life and I have the skill set to help guide you to make meaningful changes in your life.

I've always struggled with anxiety and always getting stuck in my own head. I've read all the books, taken all the classes, but nothing really stuck with me until meeting Jen. I'm am so grateful and appreciative for her help!

I didn't realize how stressed out and burnt out I was until having sessions with Jen. I knew I wasn't living the life I wanted but had no clue how to change anything. The only regret I have is not connecting with Jen sooner! Best decision ever!
Anxiety is a little sucker.. it creeps in sooo many places and can go from 0 to 60 in a blink of an eye. We've all experienced anxiety in some shape or form - no one is exempt. And it seems to always show up at the worst time! Why can't I get rid of it?

You can say good morning 10 different ways with soo many tones and octaves that can easily start a fight in less then 10 seconds flat. Yes learning to communicate takes practice and here is why..
